When Grace first encountered BeLoved Atlanta, she was captivated by the organization's dedication to dignified care and the remarkable sense of community. The emphasis on healing and support in every facet of BeLoved's programs struck a chord within her. She was driven to contribute to the mission of creating a nurturing space for women, fostering restoration, and building a vibrant community.
Before BeLoved, Grace's journey took her to New York City for three transformative years. There, she worked as a Client Care Coordinator in a family shelter before transitioning to a role as a Counselor Advocate at an anti-trafficking organization. Through these experiences, she gained profound insights into the challenges women face when exiting unsafe situations. These learnings shaped her perspective on addressing barriers and equipped her with the clinical expertise needed to provide essential support on their healing journey at BeLoved.
As our Clinical Therapist, Grace's primary goal is to provide trauma-informed care that empowers women as they navigate their healing journeys. Her wealth of experience equips her to create a safe and therapeutic environment that fosters growth, resilience, and renewal.
